4. Fees & Payments

- Setup fees may apply
- Payment terms will be specified before service activation
- Fees are non refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law
Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. Client Responsibilities

- Comply with all applicable laws, including the Spam Act 2003 (Cth)

- Comply with call recording laws applicable in their state or territory
- Use services only for lawful purposes
BookEveryCall is not responsible for client misuse of automation tools.

BookEveryCall provides AI driven automation systems.
Users interacting with services powered by BookEveryCall may be engaging with automated systems.
Clients are responsible for informing callers where required by law that calls may be recorded.
7. SMS & Electronic Communications Compliance
Where SMS automation or email communication is enabled:
- Clients must ensure lawful consent exists
- All commercial electronic messages must comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth)
- Messages must clearly identify the sender
- An unsubscribe mechanism must be available
BookEveryCall is not liable for unlawful use of messaging tools by clients.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, branding, graphics, and design, is owned by BookEveryCall and protected under Australian law.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or modify website content without prior written consent.
9. No Guarantee of Results
